Woolen Clothes Distribution Program

With the help of Goonj Delhi, 350 families are benefited every year by providing clothes, carpets, blankets, and slippers to the poor, deprived, exploited, elderly, disabled men, women, and children to protect them from cold.

TAITAL - Safe Motherhood and Child Survival Programme

Through the SMCS program, healthcare and vaccination, malnutrition, and growth monitoring of women and children in four villages were done by the organization. During this program, women are made aware through health education about ANC/PNC services, medicine distribution, and safe institutional delivery. Through training and awareness of the benefits of government schemes, women in the organization are provided health services and are prevented from dying. Continued efforts to reduce the infant mortality rate are ongoing.

Pasture Development Program

For the development of pastureland in the village, the institute should continuously cut down the encroachment of pastureland, with the help of public organization and government system, get embankment done for pastureland development, make chauka system, plant trees and grass, form a village development committee and do pasture conservation and management. Dharti Jatan Yatra is continuously working for the development of pasture land in 20 villages of Malpura block by rail and writing slogans.

Pre School Nutrition Education Program

A survey of children aged 1 to 6 years of the community was conducted in 4 gram panchayats of Nagar, Atoli, Kalihardhiya, Amli. Especially the Bagaria community, which is deprived of the mainstream of government, children of these families were found to be suffering from anemia and malnutrition. Therefore, pre-school education centers were started in these four villages. Through this program, the organization distributes Amul spray milk and Parle-g biscuits daily to 145 children for nutrition. Along with this, educational activities and ways of living cleanly are also taught. Through this program, dresses and shoes were distributed to 145 children by the organization and Jivdaya.

Distribution of Food Ration Material Kit

The institute distributes 50 kg wheat as food material to 150 families twice a year. And 5 kg pulses are given per family. This effort is going on continuously, especially with the Bagaria community.

Plantation

Gramothan Sansthan planted trees in 15 villages of Malpura block and Aria block in public places like school grounds, hospital grounds, ponds, and pasture lands through shramdaan and public cooperation. By planting 1000 trees of Neem, Peepal, Khejri, Bud, Desi Acacia, arrangements were made for their protection from floods and by planting protection insects for continuous watering and with the help of environment-loving youth leadership workers in the village, work is being done by the organization to improve the environment.

Sang Chalori Abhiyan

To prevent violence against women and girls, the organization organizes Mahila Gram Sabhas every year. In these meetings, women express their problems and the problems faced in the development of the village in the Gram Sabha, and by getting their proposals written in the register in the Gram Sabha and approved, they organize themselves for women's issues and women empowerment and raise their voice against violence. In 20 villages, this Sang Chalori campaign organizes programs to create awareness among the people by seeing the messages and slogans of “Get Together”. Painting and essay competition programs are also organized with the children in the school.

Management and Conservation of Natural Resources

The institute organizes capacity building programs for managing the traditional resources of the village by organizing pond worship, Dharti Jatan Yatra, and organizing awareness among the people. Plastic waste was disposed of. Messages of "My garbage is my responsibility" were given and the community Gram Panchayat representatives took responsibility for their maintenance towards natural resources and for their management. The organization is making regular efforts and has done pond conservation and cleaning with the cooperation of people to save these resources.

Formation of Village Development Committee (VDC)

By forming Village Development Committees in 20 villages of 4 Gram Panchayats, the organization strengthens these committees by including youth and adolescent girls who are aware of the village's developmental activities and conducts grassroots development and PR activities. Attempts to ensure participation of the community in the management of resources by increasing their awareness of information about government schemes and increasing the capacity of the committee.

Nutrition Day Campaign 2024

In a project on Nutrition Day and Nutrition Week by Gramothan Sansthan, in collaboration with Vitamin Angels, women and children in 6 villages were made aware about health nutrition to promote awareness and nutrition monitoring and to promote traditional nutrition. In this project, children and Vitamin A, Albendazole, and Iron tablets are distributed to pregnant women every month. These tablets are given to 100 women and 300 children every month with the help of Vitamin Anjali. Under this campaign, an effort is made to make women and children aware of the importance of taking care of anemia, malnutrition, and proper nutrition towards Roshan Desh.

Livelihood Training

This program works to connect women and youth to livelihood through EDP by sensitizing them towards livelihood and employment through skill development training and promotion activities. This program is conducting regular livelihood programs with 75 women from 10 villages.
